About Us
Cygnet was established in 1988 as an independent provider of health and social care services in England, Scotland and Wales.
Your role
Band 5 Occupational Therapist
Are you a newly qualified (or due to Qualify) Band 5 OT who is passionate about sharing and developing your knowledge and skills in a wholly supportive environment?
Do you have bundles of creativity, enthusiasm and a caring nature to support our patients in their mental health journey?
We have the exciting opportunity here at Taunton, where you will be supported to afford our patients the opportunity to assess, support and offer brief evidence based interventions based on specific needs of each individual. We use a variety of different media to support all patients in their mental health.
You will also be part of a small Occupational Therapy team, where emphasis is placed fully on supporting and developing you through a comprehensive induction programme, preceptorship, weekly and monthly check-ins and supervisions. At Cygnet we offer a number of development opportunities within the organisation such as clinical development (MOHO and VdTMoCA) and well as managerial development (leadership pathways).
