We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week, covering days, nights and weekends with shift patterns between 7:30am - 8pm and 7:30pm - 8am (Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun & Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, on Sunrise Ward. 

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.

You will be working on Sunrise Ward which provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. 

As an active member of our dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.


Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs 
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
