We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care, to join us at Cygnet. Due to the needs of our service user, we are looking for females only

You’ll be working 42 hours a week, both days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Townfield Avenue WN4 9PD, one of our Supported Living Services.

Shift pattern (2 weeks days/ 2 weeks nights)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association. Individuals who are interested in living here may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step down placement within their local community.
