  • Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and the Registered Manager to ensure all aspects of relational, procedural and physical security are maintained within clinical departments.
  • Ensure that all commissioner and CQC notifications are completed in a timely manner to a high standard.
  • Attend ward rounds as necessary to offer support and guidance to the clinical teams.
  • Coordinate all referrals to the service, monitoring appropriate acceptance, timely report writing and appropriate risk assessment and planning for admission within the Hospital time scales.

  • Support nursing staff in engaging service users in decision making around their care, specifically around care plans, behavioral plans and advance directives for planning care.
