We are looking for talented and motivated clinician to join our Quality Improvement Team at Cygnet. As Quality Improvement Manager, you will be working closely with our clinical teams and service users within our Health Care division to deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements within services.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

The post holder will work to help drive the objectives of the Quality Improvement Programme across the Cygnet Group.

As Health Care Quality Improvement Manager, the post holder will have a dedicated responsibility for implementing and supporting Quality Improvement initiatives within the Cygnet Health Care Division. Working closely with our clinical teams and service users, the post holder will work to support teams to embrace Quality Improvement methodology and utilise the Cygnet Model for Improvement to achieve successful and sustainable change.

Responibilities include: 

  • Work with the Head of Quality Improvement to implement the quality improvement programme across the organisation and help to support delivery of Cygnet’s Quality Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Lead on the delivery of specific quality improvement projects providing skills and experience in improvement methodology and facilitation to support project aims and implement change.
  • Contribute to building improvement capability and capacity across the organisation by working in conjunction with the Quality Improvement Lead to develop and deliver training.
  • Continuously promote quality improvement science to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Support the wider Governance and Nursing teams, clinical / non-clinical teams and specialist teams in delivering an integrated approach to improving quality.
