We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech and Language Therapist to join us at our specialist residential care service, Broughton Lodge. This post is suitable for a newly qualified SLT or a student awaiting their registration before January 2025.
Location
Broughton Lodge is a 20-bed specialist residential service for autistic adults and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with:
- Placement experience OR an interest in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders / Learning Disabilities.
- Interest in person-centred support and planning
- Understanding of the importance of being a team player with a genuine desire to help others
- Good organisational skills
- Willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to take direction from senior colleagues
- Enthusiasm, motivation and passion
