At Broughton Lodge, we value your dedication and even offer an additional £100 per month for your travel!

About Us

You’ll work 42 hours a week Nights only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviors.

Shift Pattern: Days (8pm - 8am) Nights only

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
