We are looking for an organised HR Administrator Assistant with a passion for making a difference to others.
Reporting into the Head of Reward the post holder will support the Reward Function, support in responding to benefits enquires as well monthly administrative process. There will also opportunities to take part in analytical projects.
You will be working full time, 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid working format. You will be office based 2 times per week, with 3 days working from home.
Key Accountabilities:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Benchmarking as required
- Weekly offers to send to communication team
- Maintenance of the benefits portal
- Process Life Assurance claims
- Assist on Pensions and Benefit queries and administration
- Electric Car Scheme Reports
- Salary Sacrifice Reports
- Leaver Reports for Pensions
- Pension’s paperwork and filing
- General Simplyhealth enquires
- Assist on ad hoc projects as required
- Monthly process of Character of Care award scheme
- Monthly process of Long Service Award Scheme
- Stock Take
- Assisting in preparation for Benefit Roadshow

- An administrator with experience
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
